The social security number associated with your Login.gov account does not match records maintained by the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB).
RAILROAD EMPLOYEES: If you are a recently hired railroad employee, you will not be able to create an account for myRRB until after RRB issues your first Form BA-6, Certificate of Service Months and Compensation.
Note: Each June, the RRB issues Form BA-6 to every railroad employee who had creditable railroad compensation in the previous calendar year as reported by their employer(s).
SPOUSES OF RAILROAD EMPLOYEES: At this time RUIA and Retirement Services are only available to railroad employees.
Spouses may request documents and pay bills online without a username and password at myRRB.
